I saw this and I had to literally watch it twenty-five times in a row to catch every bit of scrollery, every line of verse, every flash of a scene. It is a graphic novel-style book trailer and it blew me the hell away. I’d never seen anything like it. It’s edgy, it’s beyond entertaining, and it’s so fast it could inflict seizures in Japanese children (you know the urban legend.) Bottom line: it FRIGGING ROCKS and it sums up TRICK OF THE LIGHT and THE GRIMROSE PATH–the entire TRICKSTER Series in a string of scenes and flashes of light that are pure beauty and a level of kick-ass that might exceed the books themselves.
