All Hail King Ralphy

Dakota, my werewolf superhero and partner in crime, has been gone a while now. While the memories will never fade, someone has stepped up to handle what duties he can. Meet GOD-KING-EMPEROR Ralphy. Fear him. His ears detect sonar, his nose a morsel of food 2000 miles away, and his bark shatters glass. You may now bow and toss milkbones in his royal path.

Newest Binwalla show/Seth Green–ass-smacking Geek God Man of Binwalla/

The newest Binwalla show is already up. Seth Green was my Geek God/Man of Binwalla pick. The poll with pictures will be up later today are now up, so go vote for my Oz-Man! And here is the audio commentary on the hotness of Seth. First is a short pick of Women of Binwalla, a warning that there is no suicide hotline number scrolling on the bottom of the new Smurf movie trailer (criminal) and then a discussion of Seth Green’s geeky hotness from the Rally’s days, werewolf Oz, and on to current times (Robot Chicken and Gamer Girl rapping.) Cha-ching might be mentioned in a sexual context. There is also a picture of Seth smacking his ass in...

Portrait of a Writer on Deadline

You thought it was all wining, dining, and book signing, didn’t you? Wrong. Wrong. Wrong. Here is an illustration of a writer’s actual social life (subtitled: I really need a date or it’s waaaaay too late for a date) , because we’re on a deadline. We’re always on a deadline or five.  Someone has to keep those bellies full.

My Werewolf Superhero

Dakota: My Werewolf Superhero and #1 Fan...

My werewolf superhero passed away today. I know my longtime fans are more than familiar with him as he pops up on LJ regularly and here: Dakota.  He was the best behaved dog (and for a Siberian Husky that is rare), intelligent, and my heart.  Please don’t send presents as well-intentioned as that is. He was saved through the Northern Lights Rescue and had  eight more years of life with me when they pointed him out on Petfinders two days from being put down on the pound’s death row. The moment I saw him I knew I couldn’t let that happen. I don’t know where humans carry their soul, but Dakota’s was clear and true in his eyes, more eloquent than any poetry. If you want...

SDCC - Me As Lady Deadpool

Most people spend July 4th celebrating independence (independence from Monty Python, Doctor Who, Torchwood, Blackadder…what kind of independence is that??) But I spent it (actually it was a three person team effort) finishing up my costume for San Diego Comic Con, where if you don’t dress up then you’re the geek. Here is the result…

Rob and Olivia

Actually a fun interview w/ me (because of the pictures–and no one asked me about my ‘muse’…starvation…that’s my muse, let’s move on, okay?) & it seems I just invented the phrase ‘cheek of my ass writer’…too bad I can’t copyright it. And, yes, I should learn to blog this stuff first so it mirrors to LJ and Twitter and you don’t get caught in a three way (Goodfellow says a three-way is a *good* thing and learn to appreciate) and I will learn…sooner or later. Also, my filling fell out (nearly choking me to death, but oddly I wasn’t that concerned…we all have to go somehow, and that would be an interesting obit), but my dentist is taking her...
